Abstract

A Conceptual Framework of Faculty Research Performance Modeling in National Research Universities

This article aims to review literature and suppose the hypotheses to present a conceptual framework of faculty research performance modeling in national research universities. From the literature reviews, we found some important hypotheses, which were (1) perceived transformational leadership has positive direct effect on faculty research performance, (2) perceived transformational leadership has positive direct effect on perceived learning organization, (3) perceived human resource management practice has positive direct effect on faculty research performance, (4) perceived human resource management practice has positive direct effect on perceived learning organization, and (5) perceived learning organization has positive direct effect on faculty research performance. Therefore, this conceptual framework can be used to examine for developing the model of faculty research performance in national research universities in the future.
