Abstract

Application of Transformative Learning as outlined by Mezirow for nursing learning management in clinics, develop the potential of nursing students to be able to create self-awareness and understand themselves, implement new learning and create a new conceptual framework. This process uses introvert, critical discussion and critical self-reflection. In order to create frame of reference and change of point of view that can lead to changes in health care and have continuous self-development. This article explores the use of transformative learning principles in nursing learning management in clinics. To cultivate nursing capability and being a leader in health care.
