บทคัดย่อ

ABSTRACT


                 The objectives of this research were 1) To study the churchyard inheriting and management in Buddhism into disciplinary (2) To study churchyard’s property management of the Buddhist monasteries into Thai’s law. and (3) To study method for the Buddhist monasteries churchyard’s problem resolution and management: a case study in Ubonratchathani Province. The researcher had collected the data by observing no-participation and participation, in-dept interview with 3 abbots by face to face, reference from documents and analyzing data by the descriptive interpretation.


                 The results showed that:


                 Temple land is a monk's residence where Thai Buddhists love to make merit. The goals are the propagation of Buddhism and the monk's residence in Thailand. For, 2 principles dramatic for managing land are for the abbots and dependent monks.


                 The temple land is donated by the people who are the faithful person. There are 4 types of temple land: temple land, churchyard and Kappana (merit dedicated to the departed). The temple land where the ownership is acquired in accordance with the law on land. There are 4 kinds of protected areas; it is the temple lands, people cannot set up a prescription defense for temple, and they could not execute judgment temple.


                 Temple Land Management in Ubonratchatani has 4 problems. Firstly, it is a case study of Temple Land lease of monastery. Moreover, it is the deserted Kitsanat Forest Temple. Thirdly, And lastly, it is on utilization of useful by Dam Pra temple. So, the researcher collects to use Buddha’s doctrines in two points: compromise and compassion for solving the problems of Temple land.
