A Model of Teachers’ Skills Development in Temple Education Welfare Schools in Sangha Administrative Region 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to: 1) to study the skills of teachers in the school for the welfare of the monks in the area of the monastic sector, 2) to develop the model of teacher development in the school, the welfare of the monastery in the district. Monks of Region 1 and 3) to present the model of skill development of the teachers in the school. 1) Quantitative research The questionnaire was used to collect 400 questionnaires. The data were analyzed by means of average and standard deviation, and 2) qualitative research. The seminar consisted of 10 experts, who used the knowledge to develop the model. There are 8 qualified speakers to review for their suitability. Analyze data by content analysis.


The results of the study found that:


  1. The skill of the teachers in the school for the welfare of the monks in the area of the monastic sector 1, including 5 aspects, namely, monitoring and evaluation. The atmosphere of learning. Planning for learning management Teaching media technology And the management of learning to think critically. There is a high level of practice.

  2. The model of skill development of the teachers in the school of education of the monks in the administrative area of the monastic sector 1 consists of four main elements: Element 1 is the development of the teacher's skills. And the main center of Buddhism Sunday. 1) Development of children, youth and people to have wisdom and virtue. 2) To be a source of learning community. 3) To be a base for community economic development. 4) To be a community relationship. Element 2 Purpose 1) To develop the skills of teachers in the school. To be able to create a moral community. 2) In order for the Sunday School Buddhist Center to improve the skills of the teachers, to prepare them for being a learning center of the community.
