Development Model of Graduate Program Educational Management to the Higher Education Standard of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University

Abstract

The purpose of this research was 1) to study the status of graduate education according to the higher education standard of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, 2) to develop the model of development of graduate education according to the higher education standard of Mahachulalongkorn University. 3) to propose a model for the development of graduate education in accordance with Mahidol University's Higher Education Standards. Mahachulalongkorn Buddhist College The method is 1) Quantitative research. The questionnaire consisted of 351 questionnaires. The data were analyzed by means of average and standard deviation, and 2) qualitative research. The seminar consisted of 10 experts, who used the knowledge to develop the model. There are 8 qualified speakers to review for their suitability. Analyze data by content analysis.


The results of the study found that:


  1. 1. The status of graduate education in accordance with higher education standards of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University as a whole was at a high level in 7 aspects: curriculum, teaching process, teaching budget, supporting factors Measurement and Evaluation and Student

  2. The development model of graduate education according to the higher education standard of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. There are four main components: Element 1 Principles 1) It is the center of Buddhist education in the world. 2) It is the core of the administration of the Sangha in Thailand. 3) It is the source of education. Innovation Artificial Intelligence to produce excellent graduates. Component 2 Objectives 1) Develop teachers, staff and students 2) Develop learning processes 3) Develop research and innovation systems Element 3 Objectives 1) Develop a model for the development of graduate education in accordance with Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University's higher education standards. 2) Apply the model. 3) Monitor the implementation of the model. 4) The principles of the quality cycle. 3) The standards of the learning outcomes of the graduates. 4) The principles of Buddhism to promote the development of education is the principle of 4, and the principles in the tertiary education. (1) curriculum development; (2) teacher development; (3) development of teaching process; (4) student development; (5) development of measurement and evaluation; (6) growth factor support (7) the development budget.

  3. The experts have examined the development pattern of graduate education according to the higher education standard of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, which is appropriate and feasible to apply in practice.
