บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มความตระหนักรู้ให้แก่อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการในการหน้าที่ผู้ให้การปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพจิตแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลและให้ความสำคัญเรื่องการให้การดูแลด้านสุขภาพจิตแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลโดยนำเสนอแนวคิดการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมได้แก่ พรหมวิหารสี่ และ สังคหวัตถุสี่ในขณะเป็นผู้ให้การปรึกษา ผู้เขียนศึกษาค้นคว้าจากเอกสาร ตำรา วารสารทางการพยาบาล แนวคิดทางพุทธศาสนา และใช้ประสบการณ์ตรงในการให้การปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการจะได้แนวทางในการใช้บทบาทของตนไปพร้อมกับการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพจิตที่ดีให้แก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลและตนเองเสมือนได้สร้างกุศลกรรมในขณะที่ทำหน้าที่ การทำหน้าที่ของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการ โดยประยุกต์ใช้พรหมวิหารสี่ และสังคหวัตถุสี่ ขณะให้การปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพจิตแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาล นอกเหนือไปจากได้ทำหน้าที่เยียวยารักษาจิตใจ เสริมสร้างทัศนคติที่ดีในการมองชีวิตด้านบวกให้แก่นักศึกษาแล้ว ยังช่วยสร้างเสริมความเป็นกัลยาณมิตรและบ่มเพาะจิตใจที่เป็นกุศลให้มีกำลังใจที่ดีในการทำหน้าที่ได้อย่างไม่ย่อท้อ เต็มใจ ไม่เหนื่อยหน่าย ท้อแท้ให้แก่อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการผู้นั้นด้วย การใช้ธรรมะนำการงาน จะช่วยพัฒนาการตระหนักรู้และเข้าใจตนเองและผู้อื่นได้พร้อมกันมากยิ่งขึ้น ยังประโยชน์ต่อการมีพฤติกรรมที่พร้อมช่วยเหลือผู้รับการปรึกษาหรือนักศึกษาพยาบาลรายอื่น บทบาทอาจารย์ผู้ให้การปรึกษาทางวิชาการมีความสำคัญไม่น้อยไปกว่าอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพจิตในการดูแลช่วยเหลือ สนับสนุนให้กำลังใจ ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลประสบความสำเร็จในการศึกษา มีสุขภาพจิตที่ดีและมีความสามารถทางวิชาชีพพร้อมรับใช้สังคม
