บทคัดย่อ

This study aimed to compare the demographic factors of employee engagement
and to study the relationship between satisfaction and organizational commitment to the
welfare of the employees of SiriKan Co., Ltd. From a population of 60 people by
questionnaire and analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. To test
the hypothesis a comparison of average Statistics t (t-test) and F (F-test), correlation
coefficient (Rho) by the statistically significant at .05 levels.
The study showed that respondents in this age range are more males than
females 34-41 years of education than most undergraduates, Single, married and 50
percent and the duration of the operation over 10 years of analysis on the organizational
commitment of the employees. The level of engagement of employees SiriKan Intertrade
Co., Ltd. in overall a very high level. Considering each side of the third order is the most
desire. The willingness to devote and confidence and considering the overall level of
satisfaction in the welfare of SiriKan Intertrade aspects to sort out the most is the third
order for security. Followed by recreational and the bonus and benefits.
