Happy Work Motivation of KhonKaen Municipality Employees, KhonKaen province

บทคัดย่อ

The main objective of the research are: 1) To study the level of motivation for the happiness in working of the employee who work for Khon Kaen Municipality. 2) To study the factor for supporting and develop the employee who work for Khon Kaen Municipality.and 3) To propose the guideline for developing the motivation for happiness in working of the employee of Khon Kaen Municipality. The target group total 40 person/sample, data collection by using purposive selection, tools use for data analysis were structural interview test by using contents analysis method.

          The result of research study found that , the motivation of working happily for employees of Khon Kaen Municipality. consisting of the following factors : -  1) Executives or supervisors track and develop. Have the right management style to motivate employees. 2) To be recognized, to promote, to support good members  as the good example. 3) Have a code of ethics for professional behavior for leading the organization to the achievement goal. 4) Responsibility dimension, should support and developing the  motivations for the responsibility, for the full efficiency of work accomplishment. 5) For the progressive and advancement, to guide the development. stable, freely creative innovations for supporting working process should be consisting of  1) Policy and Administration, the policy should be clear for the practical performance.  2) Supervision, promote and always give the opportunity for inquiry communication 3) Personal relationship, should motivate and support to use the appropriate and polite language, dialogue, with the co-workers. 4) Working condition , develop good  working place and good working team-work, create  new innovation offer guidelines develop the full capability of the professional work performance. 5) For the stable and security on professional working, should support all of the employee to up-grade and develop themselves, by support to have the training program or educational opportunity , both in the  country and abroad.
