บทคัดย่อ

This article aims to study the human resource management in organization model to create a competitive advantage for Thailand 4.0. The researcher used the literature review method in relation to the McKinsey 7-S Model with other concepts related to the organization of excellence in various fields, including intelligent’s organization, organization of thought, excellence’s organization, immortality’s organization, intelligent organization, all time succeed organization and the EFQM model of excellence by integrating these concepts into effective human resource management to find patterns that can enhance organizational competitiveness. The expected benefits of this study are guideline or model of human resource management in the organization to create a competitive advantage in the present era and also applied to organizations in Thailand.
