Using content analysis method for extra the laws content.

The results of study revealed that the laws are not practical in the areas of; (1) the definition of glare should be more detailed for not allowing glare hazard, (2) no definition of peak noise, impact noise, and continuous steady state noise – so these noises could not be classified to comply with the regulations. The regulation should have a definition of peak noise, impact noise, and continuous steady state noise, (3) no statement of health examination in the Occupation Safety and Health Act 2011. The Act should be reviewed to add the health examination provision for employees, (4) minimum illumination standards are in the range of lux. The minimum illumination standards should be corrected from a range lux to minimum one value of lux, (5) noise dose is not a required parameter to provide hearing conservation program. The exposure of 100% of noise dose should be enrolled in noise hearing conservation program. This should be added on the regulation requirement.
