วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีภาคใต้ ได้ดำเนินการจัดทำวารสารวิชาการเทคโนโลยีภาคใต้โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นสื่อกลางในการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการ และผลงานวิจัยทางด้านมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ของคณาจารย์ นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน รวมทั้งนักวิชาการและผู้สนใจ โดยวารสารเทคโนโลยีภาคใต้ได้รับการประเมินคุณภาพให้อยู่ในฐานข้อมูล TCI กลุ่มที่ ๑ สาขามนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ และเป็นวารสารที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล ASEAN Citation Index (ACI) ด้านสังคมศาสตร์ ธุรกิจ การจัดการ การบัญชี วิชาชีพสาธารณสุข จิตวิทยา และ สหวิทยาการ
