Abstract

This research’s main objectives aim to examine the influences of transformational leadership on service performance through management innovation and transactional leader-ship on service performance through management innovation. A sample was 637 professional accountants in Thailand. A questionnaire was employed as a tool to collect data. The Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used as a technique to test hypotheses. Main findings showed that transformational leadership has a significantly positive indirect effect on service performance through management innovation. While transactional leadership also has a significantly positive indirect effect on service performance through management innovation.
