Abstract

This paper aims to study the effect of employee well-being, work-life balance, organizational culture that could predict employee commitment in a Motor Sales. Samples of the study 165 workers in a Motor Sales. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the levels of organizational culture, work-life balance, employee well-being and employee commitment were high level; multiple regressions indicated that employee well-being (autonomy), work-life balance (satisfaction balance and workload) could jointly predict employee commitment at the 74.7 percent and at the significant of the 0.001 level.
