Abstract

The study of the administration of authority in the Buddhist system of the state has four objectives: 1) to study the use of political power in politics, 2) to study the Buddhist way of administration. 4) to propose an alternative way to organize the administration for the peace of the citizen. The research found that The administration of power, politics, government means the way to administer the state in various aspects. In the view of academics, it means keeping human beings in a fair and orderly manner. In the view of the Buddhist scholars. Means to govern the education The rule that brings about peace from the rule and meaning in summary. The state administration of the state as well as the care for the people living in the land, which has three contexts: (1) political (2) social and (3) economic. Know that "the state" is governed by the principle that the king and the leader of the government must be treated as a practice. To be suitable for being in those days are the ten rulers of the 10th Empire, the 12th, the Fourth, the Fourth, the Fourth, the Fourth, apply to the ruling class and the doctrine of the whole ruling class. The pattern of administrative administration in the Buddhist scriptures is divided into two types.

         1)  monarchy The term "monarchy" refers to the rule of the king. It is governed by a single person. It is the most effective form of government.

        2) The administration of fellowship. The word "fellowship" means the principle of righteous rule. It is governed by a combination of states and then elected leaders to serve the country.

         The state as a tool for developing democracy in Thai society. We can see that there are three major problems in Thai society, namely, citizenship, politics and the bureaucracy. The application of tools to develop democracy in Thai society can be applied in four ways.

         1) the principles of the state It is a tool to control yourself. It is the control of the body, the verbal and the mind in the right way and the desire of the society.

         2) the principles of the state It is a tool for self improvement. It is a change or elevation of mind and behavior. To be appropriate and consistent with what the democratic society expects.

         3) the principles of the state It is an internal audit tool. It is a way for people to think, review, and reflect on their own past and present behavior in the framework of state principles. To make goodness come to life with lesser mistakes.

         4) the principles of the state It is an external monitoring tool. The method of examination by an external auditor may be another person or entity in accordance with the framework or in accordance with the standards of the state. For parents and democracies to show responsibility for what they do.
