Abstract

In the study of model of community tourism management of PRACHARATH RAKSAMAKEE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE (THAILAND) Co., Ltd., the researcher used a survey method from three sample groups: people who joined the company, related to government officials and the company officers. In addition, the researcher also conducted an evaluation of the performance using the indicators of the Key performance indicator: KIPs consisting. The results of the research showed that the factors of sustainable tourism management which contain of the readiness and participation of people in the community is the most important thing.
