Abstract

The purposes of the study were: 1) to investigate the factors and indicators of school professional administrator model, 2) to present the school professional administrator model. The research processes consisted of four steps: 1) analyzed the documents concerning the school professional administrator model, 2) interviewed a group of 21 school professional administrator experts, 3) sought the advices and feedbacks of eight experts by group discussion technique, and 4) evaluated the opinions of 132 school administrators. The analysis of the data was accomplished by computation of percentage, mean, standard deviation. The median and interquartile range were also computed to test each of consensus postulated in this study.

           Based upon the findings of the study, it was concluded that the group of school professional administrator experts strongly agreed with the factors and indicators of school professional administrator model. The evaluation of opinions of administrators were also at high level.
