Abstract

This article aims to study the success factors in human resource management of the organization in the era of digital 4.0 and how to manage cross- cultural staff in the era of digital 4.0. Management of cross-cultural staff in the era of digital 4.0 requires executives and employees with knowledge and understanding of the environment both inside and outside the organization that has changed amid the development of dramatically increase technology. They understand the international work culture, understand the success factors of human resource management of the organization and knowing how the work in the era digital age 4.0. Organizations are to effectively synthesize in the era of digital 4.0 human resource management methods such as planning a human resource strategy that must integrate international work culture, have recruitment tactics that require people from different cultures, training employees that cross cultures to work together, realizing the ability to pay compensation and benefits of the organization, working as a group and quality control.
