This paper presents an analysis of the loss in bearings for electric motors. By measuring and detecting the vibration of 22 kW 1465 rpm motor, In order to identify the efficiency of bearings. This experiments measure the GE values against the vibration values of 10 bearings. The results reveal that higher of bearing geometry are resulting in higher vibration values. In addition to, the relationship of GE values to vibration values can be used as preliminary data and guidelines to analyze the tendency of bearing damage. Which can adopt for planning maintenance of the electric motor before failure of the production process.
