บทคัดย่อ

การเคลื่อนย้ายและถ่ายเทสารเคมีจากถังเป็นกระบวนการที่พบได้ทั่วไป ปัญหาที่สำคัญ คือน้ำหนักของสารเคมีในถังบรรจุสารเคมีที่ทำให้เคลื่อนย้ายลำบาก ชนิดของสารเคมีที่มีคุณสมบัติแตกต่างกัน และการกำหนดปริมาณของสารเคมีที่ต้องการถ่ายเท ดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์คือ เพื่อพัฒนารถที่สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายถังบรรจุสารเคมีและถ่ายเทสารเคมีจากถังบรรจุสารเคมีได้สะดวกและรวดเร็ว อีกทั้งยังสามารถกำหนดน้ำหนักของสารเคมีที่ต้องการถ่ายเทได้ รถที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก คือ ชุดการเคลื่อนที่ ชุดจับยกและหมุนถัง และชุดถ่ายเทสารเคมี โดยชุดการเคลื่อนที่ถูกออกแบบให้มีฐานและล้อที่แข็งแรงเพื่อรองรับน้ำหนักของสารเคมี ชุดจับยกและหมุนถังถูกออกแบบให้มีแขนทำหน้าที่จับยึดถังสารเคมี เมื่อจับยึดแล้วใช้ก้านสูบไฮดรอลิกยกถังขึ้น แล้วใช้มอเตอร์หมุนถังคว่ำลง ชุดถ่ายเทสารเคมีทำหน้าที่ถ่ายเทสารเคมีตามน้ำหนักที่ต้องการถ่ายเท พร้อมทั้งมีลมช่วยในการดันสารเคมี สารเคมีที่ใช้ในการทดสอบ คือ PBTC และ AA/AMPS ผลการทดลองพบว่า อัตราการถ่ายเทสารเคมีชนิด PBTC คือ 30.0 กิโลกรัมต่อนาที ในขณะที่อัตราการถ่ายเทสารเคมีชนิด AA/AMPS คือ 16.8 กิโลกรัมต่อนาที น้ำหนักของสารเคมีที่ถูกถ่ายเทไปใช้งานมีความผิดพลาดไม่เกิน +/–2.8 กิโลกรัม ดังนั้นรถที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ทำให้ง่ายในการถ่ายเทสารเคมี ลดเวลาในการถ่ายเทสารเคมีและลดการใช้แรงงาน
