บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นการออกแบบระบบสมองกลฝังตัวไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ เพื่อใช้สำหรับการวัดและการเฝ้าตรวจสภาวะของแรงดันไฟฟ้า กระแสสเตเตอร์ และอุณหภูมิขดลวดของมอเตอร์เหนี่ยวนำ 3 เฟส ภายใต้การทำงานในสภาวะต่างๆด้วยการใช้อาร์ดูโนยูโน (Arduino UNO) และการโปรแกรมโดยใช้ภาษาซีเพื่อคำนวณหาค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ความสมดุลของแรงดันเฟสตรวจสอบแรงดันเฟสที่ต่ำและเกินกว่าปกติและค่าอุณหภูมิของมอเตอร์เหนี่ยวนำ โดยข้อมูลเหล่านี้ถูกเก็บไว้ในฐานข้อมูลของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ตด้วยบอร์ด 3G-UC15 ข้อมูลนี้สามารถแสดงได้อีกครั้งผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ด้วยโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่หรือคอมพิวเตอร์ มอเตอร์เหนี่ยวนำยังสามารถถูกปลดออกจากแหล่งจ่ายไฟฟ้าด้วยคอนแทคเตอร์ได้จากกรณีค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ความสมดุลของแรงดันเฟสเกิน 5% แรงดันเฟสเกินหรือต่ำกว่า 10% ของพิกัดแรงดันไฟฟ้าใช้งาน และค่าอุณหภูมิเกินค่าความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นกับมอเตอร์เหนี่ยวนำในกรณีใดๆ นี้ จะถูกแสดงเพื่อบอกสถานะความผิดปกติผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ในเวลาจริงทำให้สามารถเฝ้าตรวจสภาวะและการป้องกันบนพื้นฐานการพัฒนาอาร์ดูโนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพด้วยต้นทุนที่ต่ำกว่า
