ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาครูเพื่อจัดการเรียนการสอน ตามแนว STEM Education ในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษาของครู    2. ศึกษาปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษาของครูและ 3. เสนอยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาครูเพื่อจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษาขนาดเล็ก เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก การสังเกตและการทดลองหาแนวทางพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็นครูที่ได้รับรางวัล 7 รูป/คน จากสถานศึกษา 5 แห่งสังกัด สพป. สพม.และพระปริญัตติธรรม ใน 3 จังหวัดภาคเหนือ ครูที่เข้าร่วมการพัฒนา 5 รูป/คน และผู้บริหาร 5 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

  1. สถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กตั้งอยู่ในชุมชนขนาดเล็ก มีนักเรียน 55-119 รูป/คน มีครู 3-10 รูป/คน

ครูไม่ครบวิชา การจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษามีครูประจำวิชาหลักคือคณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ เป็นแกนสำคัญโดยใช้ความรู้ทางด้านการออกแบบและเทคโนโลยีมาผสมผสาน 2. ปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขของความสำเร็จได้แก่ แรงบันดาลใจของครูและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 3. ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารต้อง 1) เป็นผู้นำส่งเสริมให้ครูเข้าใจ เข้าถึงบริบทอย่างแท้จริงเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ครูที่เฉื่อยชา 2) สร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานศึกษากับชุมชนให้มากและใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นช่วยและทำงานเป็นทีม 3) ใช้วิกฤติให้เป็นโอกาสโดยจัดให้มี PLC ทั้งในกลุ่มนักเรียนและคณะครูอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 4) ส่งเสริมหรือแสวงหาความร่วมมือกันทั้งภายในและภายนอก และ 5) ร่วมมือกับภายนอกวางแผนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาและปฏิบัติตามแผนและเสนอแนะให้สถาบันอุดมศึกษาจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนว STEM Education เพื่อต่อยอด
