Abstract

This mixed method research has objective specifying components of achievement outcome of MBA Students to be the Innopreneur applying
qualitative research to verify empirical consistency with data in real context, and quantitative research in type of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to explore, identify, and validate common components that can explain the relationship between component variables leading to naming and defining components. The 4 research study steps were as follows: Step 1 In-depth interview of the 60 administrators of Business schools, Step 2 Focus group interview for brain storming of 105 MBA student’s year code 58, Step 3 Exploratory factor analysis from 300 MBA student’s year code 57, and Step 4 Confirmatory factor analysis from 380 MBA student’s year code 58 and 59. The collecting data was in between academic year 2015-2016. The results found 1 components is classified into 10 variables as follows: (1) outcome of Turnover ability to be Rich and financial stability, (2) outcome of Habits to be Excellence, (3) outcome of Skills to strive on Execution, (4) outcome of Attitude to lead and ready to Change, (5) outcome of Network to build Alliance and strengthen in negotiation, (6) outcome of Ethics and Social responsibility to concern on Peace of mind and society, (7) outcome of Knowledge to develop innovative Results, (8) outcome of Leadership to lead and link Harmony, (9) outcome of Internationalization link with localization reach to create signature of Civilization, and (10) outcome of Digital technology applying to create efficacy E-channel reaching the targets. All components could explain the learning achievement outcome to be the innopreneur at 57.749% and it was the fit model with CFI = 0.996, TLI = 0.993, and RMSEA = 0.032.
