Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study The Causal Relationship of Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Employees’ Performance of Electricite du Laos. The sample used in this study were 324 operational staff of Electricite du Laos. The Statistics used to analyze data were Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, and Structural Equation Model (SEM).The finding revealed the Causal Relationship of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employees’ Performance, Modified model was harmony with the empirical data (Chi-square= 59.883, P-value= 0.372, GFI= 0.975, AGFI= 0.954, CFI= 0.994, RMR= 0.015, and RMSEA= 0.013). The result of this study was accepted all hypothesis at the significant level of .001
