Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study current situation, desirable situation, and need for Effective Management Model of Charity School of Buddhist Temples in Esan Campus 1, and 2) to develop Effective Management Model of Charity School of Buddhist Temples in Esan Campus. The samples were 24 licensees, 24 school directors, 80 assistant directors, 135 chiefs of Learning Substance, 285 teachers, total of 548 persons. The research instrument was questionnaire as 5 Level Rating Scale. The reliability of total issue was = 0.98. The IOC were ranged between 0.67-1.00. Data were analyzed by using the computer program. The research findings were as follows: 1. The current situation of effective management in Charity Schools of temples in Esan Campus 1, in overall, was in ”Moderate” level. The aspect with highest mean value, was the school climate. The second order included the strategic management, and the learning management. The aspect with lowest level of mean value, was the information technology. 2. There were 6 aspects of effective management in Charity Schools of temples in
