Wished Character of Administrator toward Teacher’s Perceptions Who were under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Offi f ice 1 in Mueng District, Chachoengsao Province

Abstract

The study was to investigate theperceptions of teachers ,who worked in Mueng District, toward wished characters of school administrators under The Cha-Choeng-Sao Primary Educational Service Area office 1. The population, used in this study; were 444 teachers at 2016 academic year and sample were selected by Stratified random sampling that had 210 teachers. The instruments used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis were done by basic statistics which consisted of the percentage, mean, standard deviation and tested hypothesis by One sample t-test and One Way ANOVA The results revealed as follows: 1. The teacher’s perception toward wished characters of school administrators was at high level in overall. When considered in each aspect we found that 1) Female teachers had perception toward wished characters of school administrators higher than male teachers 2) In age group, the teachers’ perception could rank from high to low as 51 years old and more group, between 20-35 years old group and between 36- 50 years old group. 3) In educational level, the teachers’ perception could rank from high to low as bachelor degree, undergraduate and higher than graduate. 2. Hypothesis testing found as follow 2.1 Perception of male and female teachers were not different at no statistical significance 2.2 Teachers’ perception of 20-35 years old group and 36-50 years old group were not different but that 2 groups as we mention were different from 51 years old and more group at statistical significance 2.3 Teachers’ perception of undergraduate group and graduate group were not different but that 2 groups as we mention were different from higher than graduate group at statistical significance
