SELF-CARE MANAGEMENTIN DIABETES PATIENTS TO PREVENT ADVERSE EVENTS

Adverse events occurring at home in diabetic patients is hypoglycemia. As a result, patients need to be treated in the hospital and it increases their expenses and quality of life decreased. Diabetes patients get adverse events occur easily from poor self-care managements lack of knowledge. Factors related to self-management are perception, practical techniques, behaviors, communication, co-morbidity, emotion and social factors. For safety diabetes’patients should have survival skill such as problem solving, sick management, insulin management, monitoring, and daily management issues such as Diabetes of knowledge, food, exercise, medication, goal setting, reduce risk behaviors, complication, stress, and foot care.
