Abstract

Pressure injury is nursing quality indicators and is also complications found high incidence and prevalence among critically ill patients who are at higher risk than general patients because they are severe complex illness and life-threatening. Health care team, especially nurses, need to know about risk factors for assess specific risk factors in critically ill patients with pressure injury. Knowing risk assessment tool can lead precise risk factors data. As a result, effective nursing intervention will decrease serious complications and physical, mental and social impact which affect to critical patients, families and health care system.
