Nursing Process in Home Visit: Community Nursing Strategies in Thailand Health 4.0

Abstract

Thailand 4.0 is a model for the country’s reform from an industrial sector to technology and innovation. Health 4.0 is a part of Thailand 4.0. This changed from analog to digital by using information technology as a major tool. A home visit is a proactive health service by community nurses. The nursing process consisted of family health assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing care plan, nursing intervention, and evaluation. Therefore, in Thailand 4.0, community nursing strategies in home visits comprise of 1) practice in 4 dimensions of nursing role, 2) using nursing process with health innovation, 3) having communication and collaboration skills, 4) using technology at work, and 5) using evidence based practices.
