รูปแบบการดูแลสำหรับวัยรุ่นที่ติดเชื้อที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี The care model for adolescents living with HIV

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีสวนรวมนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลสําหรับวัยรุนที่ติดเชื้อ เอชไอวีโดยใชกระบวนการพัฒนา คือ 1)การศึกษาสถานการณ 2) การดําเนินการพัฒนา 3) การนําใช และ 4) การสะทอนผล พื้นที่โรงพยาบาลจังหวัดแหงหนึ่งในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ผานกระบวนการมีสวนรวมของ ผูที่มีสวนเกี่ยวของ 4 กลุม ไดแก วัยรุนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี 2 คน ทีมสุขภาพ 13 คน อาสาสมัครผูติดเชื้อเอชไอวีวัย ผูใหญ 2 คน และตัวแทนมูลนิธิเอกชน 1 คน รวม 18 คน เก็บขอมูลโดย การสนทนากลุม การสังเกตแบบมีสวน รวม และการบันทึกภาคสนาม ดําเนินการเก็บขอมูล ระหวาง มีนาคม 2559 – มีนาคม 2560 วิเคราะหขอมูล โดยใชการวิเคราะหเชิงเนื้อหา พบวา รูปแบบการดูแลวัยรุนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีประกอบดวย 3 องคประกอบ ไดแก การพัฒนาศักยภาพวัยรุนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี กระบวนการดูแลโดยสหสาขาวิชาชีพ และการพัฒนาศักยภาพผูดูแล ผลการศึกษานี้ไดรูปแบบการดูแลสําหรับวัยรุนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีไปทดลองใชเพื่อใหเกิดการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแล วัยรุนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีอยางตอเนื่อง

This study was to describe the development process of care model for adolescents diagnosed with HIV. Steps during this development process included 1) identify the problem 2) develop a plan of action 3) act to implement and 4) reflect. Qualitative data obtained from 4 groups of stakeholders, including 2 adolescents living with HIV, 13 health care providers, 2 HIV-infected volunteers and 1 representative from private foundation agent. The data were analyzed using content analysis. the results showed that the tentative care model for adolescents living with HIV consisted of three components: 1) adolescents living with HIV’ capability development 2) care process improvement by multidisciplinary team approach, increasing and defining roles of stakeholder and 3) caregivers’ capability development in caring for this particular group. This research suggested that this newly care model should be introduced to developed care model for adolescents living with HIV.
