The study was a part of larger study to explore the perceptions of Thai families on factors influencing their well-being based on life cycle. There were three phases including; 1) qualitative study with 69 of totally 310 families throughout Thailand, which was collected data during August-November 2016, 2) survey study with 1,604 of totally 6,158 families during October-December 2017, and 3) qualitative study with 28 risk families of totally 100 families during January-March 2018. The common findings revealed that migrating of the family members to earn money creating the families in risk. Rating scores of well-being was decreased in adolescence and old age period. Rising income and welfare were key needs for these people. Therefore, policy suggestion for sustainable Isan family well-being is recommended.
