Abstract

Abstract


          The objective of this research was to study and compare the satisfactions in working operation of Thungsong Municipality Teachers. The 154 sampling group consisted of Thungsong Municipality Teachers and classified by education level, working experiences, school sized and benefits. The research instruments are questionnaires. Data analysis employed by percentage, mean, standard Deviation, t-test and F - test. Research Results found proved that;


  1. In overall, the teachers’ satisfactions in working operation are in high level. When considering in each aspect found that relationship with colleagues, to be respected, wages, progress in the job and benefits are in consequence high level.

  2. The comparison of the teachers’ satisfactions in working operation classified by working experiences, school sized and benefits found with no difference. While classified by education level found statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
