This research aims to study problems, needs and compare applications of Information Technology for Small-Sized School Administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11. 242 samples of educational administrators and teachers randomized by stratified random sampling techniques. Questionnaires were used as the instruments for this research. Percentage, average, standard deviation of the data were analyzed, t–test, F–test, and standard deviation, and one–way ANOVA were tested. The differences were determined by Least Significant Difference Method (LSD).
The findings of this research were as follows:
- Problems and Needs of Information Technology for Small-Sized School Administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 were concluded that in generally problems of applications of Information Technology were in intermediate level. However, the problem in financial management file was in high level. Needs of Information Technology both general and specific file were in high level.
- Comparative results of applications of Information Technology for Small-Sized School Administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11. based on working-position, problems and needs of Information Technology were significantly different at p < .05. Based on experience and based on age problems of applications of Information Technology were significant difference, however, needs of applications of Information Technology were not difference at p < .05.
