Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research were to study: Study the effectiveness of the administration of school administrators. And to study the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of the school as perceived by teachers. The research Sample consisted of 317 teachers under the Office of Suratthani Educational Service Area 2, using the questionnaire. The reliability of the data was .96. Using basic statistics: mean, standard deviation And Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that the creative leadership of the school administrators was at a high level, as follows: Achievement Teamwork Human Relations The creative side And communication. School effectiveness as perceived by teachers. The overall level is as follows: Problem solving within the school. School Improvement and Improvement Achievement Teacher Satisfaction An Analysis of the Relationship Between Creative Leadership of School Administrators and School Effectiveness as Perceived by Teachers. Under the jurisdiction of the Office of Suratthani Educational Service Area 2, overall, it was found to be related to the effectiveness of the school as perceived by the teachers. At the high level and in the positive direction (r = .70) at the .01 level of significance.
