Abstract

The purposes of this research was to study the participative management of administrators, to study the teacher s’ teamwork and the relationship of participative management of administrators and teachers’ teamwork under Krabi primary Education service area office. The respondents consisted of school administrators and teachers, the samples in this study were 331.The research instrument used to collect data were scale questionnaires. The data were analysis was performed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient. The purposes of research were to find


  1. 1. The participative management of administrators under Krabi primary Education service area office. As a whole and as an individual were found at a most level.
