Abstract

            The objectives of this research were to study the efficiency of academic administration affairs, the quality of learners and the relationship between the efficiency of academic administration affairs and the quality of learner under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 in Suratthani Province. The populations were 44 schools. The research samples were 40 schools by simple random sampling. The respondents were 40 school directors and 320 teachers. Data were collected by questionnaire with reliability index of 0.96. The descriptive statistics used to data analyze were mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.


             The research results showed that : the efficiency of academic administration affairs was high level in overall and individual aspects in descending order; the development of quality assurance in education, the research of development education, the development of innovation media and educational technology, the development of learning, the measurement of evaluation and transfer of learning and the curriculum development. The quality of learners was high level in overall and individual aspects in descending order; the analytical thinking ability, knowledge and essential skills, working skills, habit physical and mental health, Virtue, ethics, desired characteristics and self-directed learning skills.


             The results of the relationship between academic administration affairs and the quality of learner under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 in Suratthani Province. in the positive way at high level (r= 0.85) with statistically significant  at the level .01
