Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) study the management of school administrators  2) to study child – centered Instructional learning  3) to study the relationship between management behavior of administrators and child – centered instructional learning 4) to create an equation to forecast the behavior of school administrators that related ship learning management and child-centered instructional learning . The sample of this study was 320 teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 2. The instrument used in this study was a five-level rating questionnaire analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple correlations.


          The research findings were as follows: 1) The overall of management of school administrators was in high level of all aspect. Considering in each aspect, communication was in the highest level and motivation was in the lowest level. 2) The overall of child – centered Instructional learning was in high level. Systematical examination and evaluation of student understanding was in the highest level, while the process of child-centered instructional learning was in the lower level. 3) The relationship between management behavior of administrators and child – centered instructional learning was in positive relation at moderate level with statistical significance at 01. 4) Overall, the result of the prediction equation management behavior of administrators and child – centered instructional learning by using the variable of child center as predictors was found that the variable management behavior of administrators could predict child – centered instructional learning under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 2 at the statistical level of .01 The predictive power was at 92.3 percent.
