Abstract

              The purpose of this research were : 1) to investigate the Superleadership of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 1 2) to compare Superleadership of school administrators under  Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 1.That are classified by Educational Backgrounds, experience in  school administration and school sizes  different. The subject of this study were 285 teachers from schools. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by independent samples t-test, F-test, One-Way ANOVA and the comparison between each  pair of sample was done by LSD method.


             The findings of this research were as follows : 1) The overall superleadership of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service areas office 1. Overall,it was at a high level and when considering each aspect, it was found that the performances were typical of the self-directed personal have the highest average,The second is the creation of positive thinking, In terms of motivation self-targeting and creative criticism were the lowest. 2)The comparison superleadership of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 1 classified by level of education there was a statistically significantly different at .o5 level, classified by experience in the administration of education was not that different and classified by size of the school found the was not different, When consideringeach each side found that the different was statistically significant at .05, It is the support for self-leadership by team building and the management of the culture of self-leadership.
