Abstract

ABSTRACT


            This purposes of this study were: (1)  to investigate the current state of academic affairs administration in schools,2) to study the problem of academic  administration in small-sized schools, and 3) Compare the state and problems of academic administration in schools 4) study to the development of academic  administration in small-sized schools under Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Population include of small-sized primary schools 59. The Sample of small-sized primary schools 52. Data were collected from 208 Administration and  teachers. The questionnaire with reliability index of .89. and Interviews with 9 school administrators. ware analyzed semi-structured interview. and The statistic used in the  research  was mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
            The research finding were as follows. 1) Administration in the small-size schools were at high level the order of curriculum development, learning process development, the measurement  and evaluate, Innovation Media And teaching technology, and Teaching Supervision. 2) The  problem there Administration in the small-size  schools were at medium level order of learning process development, Innovation Media And teaching technology, Teaching supervision, the measurement  and evaluate, and curriculum development. 3) The comparisons between the conditions and problems in academic administration of administrators, who were different in Position in operation and school location, showed no different in overall, whereas there classified by academic and terms of work were different and the statistical signification at .05 and results problem comparison there classified by academic and school location, showed no different in overall, whereas there terms of work were different and the statistical signification at .05. 4) A study of guidelines for the development of academic  administration of small primary schools.Find out if the school should manage the participatory curriculum. Teachers should be trained on the development of a learning management plan that focuses on learners. Measurement and Evaluation Internal systematic planning There is also a clear guide to school supervision.
