Abstract

The aims of the research study of the Curriculum in Experiential Problem solving to Enhance Kid Pen for Human Trafficking Victims are to 1) develop the curriculum in experiential problem solving to enhance kid pen for human trafficking victims 2) explore the effectiveness of the curriculum and 3) evaluate the curriculum. The research sample comprises 30 human trafficking victims using simple random sampling. The independent variable is the Curriculum in Experiential Problem solving to Enhance Kid Pen for Human Trafficking Victims. The dependent variables are 1) effectiveness of curriculum, and
2) satisfaction of human trafficking victims with the curriculum. Research instruments include a questionnaire to explore the needs of human trafficking victims, the curriculum
in experiential problem solving to enhance kid pen for human trafficking victims, appropriation and correlation evaluation form of the curriculum, evaluation form to compare the result before and after the curriculum has been implemented, a knowledge evaluation form, a behavior evaluation form, the satisfaction of the sample group with the curriculum, and a focus group is also utilized in this study. Data analysis comprises with Mean and Standard Deviation. The research findings show that the curriculum has an effectiveness as the standard set (80/80), the curriculum has high level of appropriation, the correlation of curriculum has the Index of Consistency (IOC) at 0.79. The comparison between before and after using the curriculum shows the significant improvement at 31.03 and 35.53 respectively. The knowledge evaluation shows the average score at 25.11 and the behavior evaluation during curriculum has an average score at 38.03. The participants have high satisfaction with the curriculum ( = 4.58). The result of focus group also shows that the experiment of using EPLKP model in the sample group have created idea exchanging between the group, questioning, observation, interaction and team work.
