Intravenous infusion was procedure to stimulated of fear in pre-school children. The fear also leads to behavioral and emotional problems. Management of fear while receiving intravenous infusion is important to the mental state of pre-school children. Nurses can integrate knowledge about the management of fear in the process of intravenous infusion at all stages: before, during and after intravenous infusion. It consisted of the provision of actual information on intravenous infusion administration and the use of mixed methods related to age and development of children to deal with the fear of children. Participation of parents to involve in the intravenous infusion. By doing this, the mental impacts on the children can be minimized, allowing the pre-school children to have a proper perception and be able to properly face the fear of intravenous infusion. This can also affect the cooperation on the next intravenous infusion.
