Effects of Social Enterprise Strategy, Organizational Culture And Knowledge Management on the Triple Bottom Line: The Evidence of Thai Social Enterprise

Abstract

Social Enterprise is another way to improve the standard of living of social community with the balancing in economic value and social value. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Organization Strategy, Organizational Culture, and Knowledge Management on the triple bottom line (SE performance) via the economic value and social value as the mediators.


The results from the sampling units, 398 legal entities of social enterprises, Have shown that the strength of business strategy has an influence on the triple bottom line via the economic value as the mediator of significance coefficient value 0.521* and 0.855**, respectively. In addition, the perception of social value is high since people can work and live with their families in their residence area.
