[บทคัดย่อภาษาไทยไม่สมบูรณ์]The purpose of this research was to study the difference between personal factors, the relationship between the welfare factors and the other factors and the satisfaction with welfare and salary of the Administrative Court officer. In this research, the sample group was a group of 350 Administrative Court officials, and Questionnaires are used for data collection. The two patterns of data analysis were used in this research : the use of descriptive statistics for finding percentage and average ; the use of referred statistics. The research found out the personal factors, which were age, education, marital status, length of work experience and work position, were significantly and statistically different at .05. Whereas the welfare factors including education, social activities, recreation and other related purposes set forth consistently associate with the satisfaction of welfare and salary provided by office of the Administrative Court at the significant level of .05
