บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงานขาย และคุณภาพการให้บริการต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้าไบโอบับของบริษัท ยูไนเต็ด ดิจิตอล คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงานขาย คุณภาพการให้บริการ และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าต่อความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้าไบโอบับของบริษัท ยูไนเต็ด ดิจิตอล คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้าไบโอบับของบริษัท ยูไนเต็ด ดิจิตอล คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด จำนวน 417 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การหาค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง


          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติความเชื่อถือและไว้วางใจมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า (2) คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า (3) คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติการรับประกันมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า (4) คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติการเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นรายบุคคลมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า (5) ความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงานขายมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้า (6) คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติสิ่งที่สัมผัสได้มีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้า (7) คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้า (8) คุณภาพการให้บริการในมิติการเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นรายบุคคลมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้า และ (9) ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้ามีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้า


 


          The objectives of this research were (1) to study the influences of relationship with salespersons and service quality on customer satisfaction to the Biobulb products of the United Digital Corporation Co., Ltd. (2) to study the influences of relationship with salespersons, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty to the Biobulb products of the United Digital Corporation Co., Ltd. The researchers used quantitative research methodology. The research tool was a questionnaire to collect data from 417 customers of Biobulb products of the United Digital Corporation Co., Ltd. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and path analysis.


          It was found that (1) service quality in the dimension of reliability had a positive and direct influence on customer satisfaction (2) service quality in the dimension of responsiveness had a positive and direct influence on customer satisfaction (3) service quality in the dimension of assurance had a positive and direct influence on customer satisfaction (4) service quality in the dimension of empathy had a positive and direct influence on customer satisfaction (5) relationship with salesperson had a positive and direct influence on customer loyalty (6) service quality in the dimension of tangible had a positive and direct influence on customer loyalty (7) service quality in the dimension of responsiveness had a positive and direct influence on customer loyalty  (8) service quality in the dimension of empathy had a positive and direct influence on customer loyalty and (9) customer satisfaction had a positive and direct influence on customer loyalty.
