บทคัดย่อ

          การบัญชีสังคมและความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทต่อสังคมเป็นแนวคิดในการนำเสนอข้อมูลทางบัญชีในการดำเนินธุรกิจ โดยที่ผู้ประกอบการนั้นให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับจิตสำนึกด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และมีจรรยาบรรณในการดำเนินงาน โดยสามารถถ่ายทอดออกมาเป็นภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของบริษัท เพื่อตอบสนองความคาดหวังของสังคมส่วนรวมและคำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียกับบริษัทด้วย ในด้านความสำคัญของความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมนั้นนับวันจะยิ่งมีความสำคัญต่อบริษัท โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยเพราะบริษัทเหล่านั้นเป็นบริษัทที่ต้องการการเป็นที่ยอมรับเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากข้อมูลการดำเนินธุรกิจและข้อมูลทางบัญชีของบริษัทนั้น มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเชิงเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยจึงได้กำหนดให้บริษัทดังกล่าวจะต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมในรายงานประจำปีของบริษัท โดยการจัดทำและนำเสนอข้อมูลการบัญชีสังคมและความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทต่อสังคมอย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสมเพื่อสร้างความศรัทธาจากสังคม ทำให้สามารถดำเนินธุรกิจต่อไปได้อย่างยั่งยืน


 


          Social accounting and corporate social responsibility are accounting concepts to present accounting information in performing business then convey as an image to the society, considering accounting information which affects the society and stakeholders both directly and indirectly. Entrepreneurs in every kind of business need to pay attention in raising an awareness of social responsibility to respond to the expectation of the whole society, especially the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand that highly require acceptance since these companies are expected by the society to operate business with sense and ethics. Since accounting information of the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand affects economic and social decision-making, the Stock Exchange of Thailand requires these companies to disclose social and environmental information in annual report of the company to build up faith among the society. By preparing and presenting social account and corporate social responsibility correctly and properly, the company will be able to continue operating business with sustainability.
