The purposes of this descriptive research were: 1) to develop the training curriculum on the 4th level performing staff; the main professional group, that being for supported professional group towards moving the organization to High Performance Organization (HPO): 2) to evaluate and to assess the efficiencyof the mentioned training curriculum: and 3) to evaluate and to assess the efficiencyof the participants; the 4th level performing staff who attended in this vital curriculum training. A number of 152 participants were participated. The training curriculum was assessed and approved by the experts as well as the management accordingly. The total of 10 training curriculums were offered and were provided to all concerned participants. There were 2 groups, each group had 76 persons. The training sessions were operated for 10 days, 13th March–9th May, 2018. The research instruments were consisted of the Pre-Test and the Post-Test, the evaluation form of their participation during the training sessions, the test of One Page Application, the exercise of case study from the fieldtrip, the test of comprehensive exam, and the structural questionnaire that including the form of participants’ satisfaction, and the form of assessment in terms of participants’ efficiencyrespectively. The findingsfrom this research revealed that the process of development on its training curriculum consisted of 4 necessary concepts; 1) the job analysis, 2) the designing and developing of the training curriculum, 3) the trial of the training curriculum, and 4) the assessment and the improvement of the training curriculum. The participants for two groups attending the class were showed of 70 percent for the whole period of this training session, and the achievement of its outcome claimed the Mean scores of being equivalent to 76.22 scores, whilst the result of satisfaction toward the curriculum operation in terms of 8 topics was excellent. The attitude on training and the effciency on job performance were also excellent in terms of overall perspective, particularly the quality of work.
