KEY SUCCESS FACTORS OF ENTREPRENEURS IN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE

Abstract

       Key success factors are critical to business success. The entrepreneur is an important factor which directly affects business success because of its roles, not only the policy setting but also driving the business operation towards its predetermined vision. Entrepreneurs of the small and
medium enterprises should have operation guidelines and ready for business development in order to achieve its success. This paper presents key success factors of small and medium enterprises in terms of entrepreneurs by reviewing related literature. The findings indicate the key  determinants of entrepreneurial success factors of small and medium enterprises which is useful for entrepreneur’s self-assessment and related organizations to support small and medium enterprises appropriately.
