บทคัดย่อ

        ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อการบรรลุความสำเร็จของธุรกิจ หนึ่งในปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจให้ประสบความสำเร็จได้นั้นคือ ผู้ประกอบการ เนื่องด้วยผู้ประกอบการเป็นผู้กำหนดทิศทางนโยบาย และเป็นผู้ขับเคลื่อนองค์กรไปสู่เป้าหมายที่วางไว้ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมจึงควรมีแนวทางการดำเนินงานที่ดี มีความพร้อมในการพัฒนาและสร้างความก้าวหน้านำไปสู่ความสำเร็จของธุรกิจบทความนี้ จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านผู้ประกอบการของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้ผู้ประกอบการใช้ในการประเมินตนเองและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องใช้เป็นแนวทางในการสนับสนุนส่งเสริมธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอย่างเหมาะสม
