ความสามารถตอบสนองปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดของมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งองค์กรธุรกิจ

บทคัดย่อ

 งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์มุ่งศึกษาความคาดหวังกับการได้รับจริงของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดของมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งองค์กรธุรกิจ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมทั้งการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้แบบวัดประมาณค่าและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นเครื่องมือ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคาดหวังต่อความสามารถตอบสนองปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดของมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งองค์กรธุรกิจ จากความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อความคาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดในทุกด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตร/สาขา และการบริการ ด้านอัตราค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าหน่วยกิตและทุนการศึกษา ด้านอาคาร สถานที่ ด้านการดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ และด้านสิ่งที่สามารถจับต้องได้ สัมผัสได้ สำหรับการได้รับจริงจากการตอบสนองปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดของมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งองค์กรธุรกิจ ด้านหลักสูตร/สาขา และการบริการ ด้านอัตราค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าหน่วยกิตและทุนการศึกษา ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ และด้านสิ่งที่สามารถจับต้องได้ สัมผัสได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านอาคาร สถานที่ และด้านการดำเนินกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมการตลาดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
