中国高校中层干部领导力测度

บทคัดย่อ

          以质性分析为基础,本研究建立了一个针对中国高校中层干部领导力的模型。模型包括感召力、影响力、驾驭力、执行力和创新力五个维度。根据此模型编制量表对相关数据进行了测试。测试结果印证了量表数据的稳定性与有效性。

 

           A model of leadership for middle level officials in Chinese universities is built up through qualitative studies. It includes five dimensions: inspiration, influence, managing people, execution, and innovation. An instrument is developed based on this model. The test of structured equation model confirms the reliability and validity of the instrument.
