พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การสู่การเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้

บทคัดย่อ

          พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การ เป็นพฤติกรรมของบุคลากรที่เกิดจากตัวของบุคลากรเอง ที่ยึดถือและปฏิบัติเพื่อองค์การด้วยความตั้งใจ สมัครใจ และเต็มใจ โดยที่องค์การมิได้กำหนดไว้ในบทบาทหน้าที่หรือความรับผิดชอบที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับการปฏิบัติงาน มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 10 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมการให้ความช่วยเหลือ พฤติกรรมความอดทนอดกลั้น พฤติกรรมความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์การ พฤติกรรมความขยันหมั่นเพียร พฤติกรรมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ พฤติกรรมการให้ความร่วมมือ พฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเอง พฤติกรรมความสำนึกในหน้าที่ พฤติกรรมการคำนึงถึงผู้อื่น และพฤติกรรมความสัมพันธ์อันดี โดยพฤติกรรมเหล่านี้เป็นพฤติกรรมที่มีอิทธิพลส่งผลต่อการขยายขีดความสามารถการเรียนรู้ของสมาชิกที่อยู่ในองค์การ ด้วยการใช้พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การสนับสนุนการมององค์การว่าเป็นระบบที่มีการเรียนรู้ มีการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นกระบวนการ สมาชิกในองค์การกล้าที่สร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลง มุ่งพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลัก และเรียนรู้ผ่านบุคคล แต่ละคนที่เป็นสมาชิกขององค์การ ยึดหลักการปฏิบัติตามวินัย 5 ประการ คือ มีการเรียนรู้แห่งตน ใช้แบบแผนความคิด การแบ่งปันวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน มุ่งเน้นการทำงานเป็นทีม และคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่สมาชิกขององค์การมีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกถึงความกระตือรือร้นที่จะแสวงหาความรู้อยู่ตลอดเวลาอย่างต่อเนื่อง อันเป็นที่มาของการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้
