การพัฒนานวัตกรรมผ้าอ้อม “ผ้าเตียวสายเดี่ยว” ในทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานและค่าใช้จ่ายก่อนและหลังการใช้นวัตกรรมผ้าเตียวสายเดี่ยว กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาล จำนวน 25 ราย ในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤติ โรงพยาบาลนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจะได้ทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมผ้าเตียวสายเดี่ยวที่นักวิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ในส่วนเครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถามประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งาน แบบบันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย มีการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาโดยผ่านผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน และแก้ไขตามคำแนะนำหลังจากนั้นนำมาทดลองใช้ โดยแบบสอบถามมีการคำนวณค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาคได้ 0.86 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการทดสอบ t-test
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมของประสิทธิภาพในการใช้นวัตกรรมผ้าเตียวสายเดี่ยวสูงกว่าการใช้ผ้าเตียวที่ใช้ปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 23.97, p< 0.05) และค่าเฉลี่ยจำนวนเงิน (บาท) ต่อวัน ในกลุ่มที่ใช้นวัตกรรมผ้าเตียวสายเดี่ยวน้อยกว่าผ้าอ้อมสำเร็จรูป อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 21.16, p< 0.05) จากการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า นวัตกรรมผ้าเตียวสายเดี่ยวสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพยาบาลเพื่อการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นและสามารถลดต้นทุนการดูแลทารกได้อีกด้วย
